Teaching schedule 2008/09

Ongoing teachings (Queensland, Australia)
Geshe Tashi Tsering is leading the BSP programme at Chenrezig Institute throughout 2008. This is an intensive, full-time course of study. Details of topics and dates can be found here. It concludes for the year on 31 October 2008 and resumes in February 2009.

Geshe-la also teaches regularly at Langri Tangpa Centre in Brisbane. Generally he teaches on alternate Friday nights, from 7.30 to 9.00 pm. He is currently teaching on the Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life. The last teaching for 2008 is on 31 October. Please visit the Langri Tangpa Centre website for more information.

Other teachings
Geshe Tashi Tsering will travel to Western Australia in November 2008 to teach at Hayagriva Centre in Perth, Hospice of Mother Tara in Bunbury and to a study group in Denmark.

Geshe-la returns to New Zealand in December 2008. He will first continue his annual teaching at Chandrakirti Buddhist Meditation Centre outside of Nelson. This intensive retreat from 12-22 December will include two teachings per day with Geshe-la and tutorials with senior students. From 28 Dec until 6 January 2009, Geshe-la will visit Mahamudra Centre, a beautiful retreat centre in the Coromandel Peninsula south-east of Auckland. He will give a commentary on Atisha's Lamp on the Path to Enlightenment, give a Green Tara empowerment and give instruction on the Tara sadhana (practice).
